Thank you for participating in this office-based program that focuses on improving the delivery of care to patients who have the greatest burden of illness and utilize significant medical resources. CIPA requests that you review and report on a sample of your patients. A mailing was sent to all physicians eligible for this round on March 18. It contained specific details about the disease states and number of charts for review.

 

The deadline for data entry and submission of forms on the CIPA website was May 21.    In order to get the payment out as soon as possible, we are not able to allow any late reporting. Thus, information received after this date will not be considered for the incentive. 

The Cycle 9 payments will be distributed by disease state and physicians must complete ALL chart reviews to receive payment. 

 

For physicians eligible for performance-based measurement the payment is based relative to the overall Cycle performance.  Cycle 8 percentiles are as follows:
